Traditional Gastronomy
Our essential concept is all-day dining, an abundant buffet in a bohemian style, serving a wide range of traditional and international dishes, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.For lunch and dinner, the traditional dishes which make up our buffet will make you wonder, “What should I eat first?” Whether it is traditional Romanian food, such as “sarmale” or “Transylvanian Bull”, fresh fish or goulash, every dish is cooked with love and passion.
Our breakfast buffet enchants all our guests every day from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., with its wide variety of products and loving attention for the healthy and bio food, like: homemade bread, fresh orange & grapefruit juice, homemade jam, a variety of cereals, flakes and seeds and also a large variety of homemade sweets.
During the summer, the restaurant also offers a spacious outdoor terrace that overlooks the green garden of the hotel and the nearby forest and a children's playground, both outdoors and indoors.
