Traffic and demand are managed entirely by you, through your own channels.

You are also responsible for uploading, maintaining and regularly updating all information displayed on your website.

Bookings and payments

Bookings can be managed through:

Booking requests
Direct contact
Optionally, online payments (with host pre-approval)
Via redirection in your booking system if you already use a channel manager with a booking engine

Online payments are subject to a 10% processing fee, paid by the guest, covering payment processing and fund transfer. Funds are transferred to the host after check-in.

The amounts are transferred to you in the month following the check-in date, between the 1st and 15th of the month, without any other fees.
