Bookings and payments

Bookings can be managed through:

Optionally, online payments (with host pre-approval)
Via redirection in your booking system if you already use a channel manager with a booking engine

Online payments are subject to a 10% processing fee, paid by the guest, covering payment processing and fund transfer. Funds are transferred to the host after check-in.

The amounts are transferred to you in the month following the check-in date, between the 1st and 15th of the month, without any other fees.

Activation is fast, and your website becomes available immediately after the initial setup and configuration are completed.

By comparison, a classic website costs 400 - 1000 Euro in the first year, depending on complexity. Subsequently, the annual cost for maintenance, hosting and domain renewal is approximately 200 Euro.
