Dacian Farm is a place where history, nature, and Romanian traditions come together in a unique experience. Here, the past comes alive, while the present is celebrated through traditional gastronomy, local wines, and outdoor activities for all ages.
The Story of Dacian Farm
Out of love for nature and tradition, in 2013 we founded Dacian Farm, a project first imagined for family, but soon opened to everyone who wanted to enjoy the peace of the rolling hills of Dealu Mare. Over time, the farm has grown into a place of stories, where ancient Dacian values are reflected in food, architecture, and lifestyle.
Today, Dacian Farm can host over 44 guests for feasts and events, offering accommodation in cozy rooms, suspended cabins, traditional Dacian huts (built with ancient techniques).

On nearly 40 hectares of valleys and hills, you’ll find countless ways to enjoy the outdoors:
- Relax in nature – hammocks, sunbeds, campfires, or simply resting in the shade.
- Family time with animals – children can meet the farm’s domestic birds, rabbits, or deer, turning every visit into a living zoology lesson.
- Equestrian activities – whether beginner or advanced, you can join riding lessons, horseback tours, carriage rides, or even unique photo sessions with our horses.
- Sports & games – football, volleyball, badminton, tennis, and basketball courts with all necessary equipment.

Located on the 45th Parallel, Dealu Mare enjoys the same soil and climate conditions as Bordeaux or Tuscany. This makes the local wines famous for their quality.
