Rustic Inn Bed & Breakfast is an elegant and peaceful retreat nestled in the heart of authentic Maramureș, located in the traditional village of Budești — a place renowned for its UNESCO heritage, the warm hospitality of its locals, and the beauty of its mountain landscapes.
We created this place for those seeking more than just accommodation — an authentic, comfortable, and relaxing experience in a setting that blends traditional Maramureș charm with understated elegance and modern comfort.
The guesthouse features five double rooms with private bathrooms, designed in warm natural tones with great attention to detail and an intimate atmosphere. The enclosed pavilion, heated by a traditional old-style oven, includes a billiards table and a cozy lounge area. Our property also offers a dedicated relaxation area with an acrylic jacuzzi hot tub.
Guests can enjoy the tranquility of the garden, evenings spent in the fresh mountain air, local homemade dishes, and the opportunity to discover the living traditions of the region.
Rustic Inn is the perfect starting point for exploring historic Maramureș: the famous village of Breb is just 5 minutes away, alongside attractions such as Creasta Cocoșului, UNESCO wooden churches, traditional craftsmen, mountain trails, the famous Mocănița on the Vaser Valley steam train, and villages where time seems to flow differently.
Here, mornings begin with a delicious breakfast, good coffee, and fresh mountain air, while evenings end with stories, peace, and authenticity.
