It is a two-level mountain chalet, designed for comfort, relaxation and quality time together 🏔️✨ The chalet features a ground floor and an attic level, with a practical layout ideal for families and groups 🧳
Ground floor
On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, located on the left and right sides, with a bathroom in between 🛏️🚿
This level also hosts the main living and dining areas:
-A relaxation area with a sofa, armchairs and a coffee table, which can also be used as a workspace for remote work 🛋️💻
-A large dining table that comfortably seats up to 10 adults 🍽️👥
-A fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking and enjoying slow mornings ☕🍳
The kitchen includes:

❄️Refrigerator with dual zones and freezer
♨️Microwave
🍞Toaster
☕Coffee machine (ground coffee & capsules)
🍵Electric kettle for tea
-The double-height living room, over 7 meters high, features large windows, natural warmth and plenty of daylight, creating an open and welcoming atmosphere 🌞🏡
Upper floor (attic)
The upper level mirrors the ground floor layout, with:
-Two large bedrooms on the left and right 🛏️
-A bathroom positioned between them 🚿
-Plus a fifth, smaller bedroom 🛌
The chalet offers:
4 spacious bedrooms, each approx. 16 sqm, with 160 cm beds, bamboo wardrobes and large windows 🌿🛏️
A 5th cozy smaller bedroom (approx. 9 sqm) with a 140 cm bed and a small window, accessed through one of the larger bedrooms 🌙
This setup is ideal for a family with one or two children 👨👩👧 or two close adults sharing adjacent rooms 🤍.
Outdoor space
The private garden features:

Sparrow’s Nest combines generous indoor spaces, thoughtful design and outdoor amenities to offer a warm, authentic mountain retreat — a place to slow down, reconnect and enjoy nature in comfort 🌲✨
Please note: The hot tub is not included in the base price.
It can be arranged upon prior request (ideally at least 1 day in advance), as it requires 3–4 hours to heat and prepare.
The hot tub is available for an additional fee:
• 350 RON (~$80) per day
• 1000 RON (~$230) for 3 days
The property is easy to reach by car and accessible for standard vehicles.
From the main road DN73A (Predeal – Râșnov), turn onto Strada Glăjăriei (DJ101). After entering Strada Glăjăriei, continue for approximately 3 km. The chalet is located on the right-hand side, in the second row of houses.
If you are using Google Maps or Waze, approximately 50 meters before the destination pin, turn right onto a gravel road. Then, take the first left, next to a square, black-painted house.
The road is suitable for regular cars in all normal conditions.
