Each room: 2 Beds | 1 Bathroom | 3 Guests

We have 3 triple rooms, each one equipped with double bed (160 cm) and extensible sofa (160 cm).

All rooms have private bathrooms and Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, hair dryer and bath products.

Included services:

• Private parking within 10 places. You can park on the street, in the property area, as long as the access roads of the neighboring properties are not blocked.
• Daily housekeeping accompanied by change of towels (once every 2 days) and change of linen (once every 3 days).
• Access to the beach inside the property (pool, sunbeds and umbrellas)

Facilities:

• Children can stay for free in the existing sleeping spaces in the reserved room type or you can choose for the addition of an extra bed (only in double rooms, 7 euro / night) or a crib, cot type (in any type of room, 7 euro / night).
• Pets are allowed, the fee is 7 euro/ night.

Rates

• All rates are expressed in Euro / room / night and include 5% VAT.
• Payment is made fully in advance by bank transfer within a maximum of 5 days from the issuance of the proforma invoice.
• Rates include bed and breakfast. Prices for double rooms include breakfast for 2 adults, and prices for triple rooms include breakfast for 3 adults.
• Children under 6 y.o. have free breakfast.
• For children between 6 and 12 years old, breakfast is added for 7 euro / day.
