Studio 1 (9 m²) is located on the first floor of Casa Ratiu.  This cozy small room with twin beds and access to a private bathroom is ideal for backpackers and students.   The room overlooks the courtyard and shares a communal sitting space with flat screen TV, also a favorite accommodation for bikers who may also park their bikes in a sheltered area inside the compound.
