Casa Baciu is the result of all of our efforts until now to promote a healthy lifestyle with a natural diet and no preservatives.
Here, we invite you to discover traditional Bucovina cuisine with ceps, dumplings, “scrijele”, pies, cabbage rolls cooked in clay pots, fresh milk, thick cream, “chisleac”, Mos Baciu’s cheese and all sorts of goodies!
Needless to say that everything you will eat grows in our own household and in our neighbours’.
In addition to the culinary delight, we also offer lots of activities and ways to spend your free time… peasant sheepfold where you will discover how cheese is made, old house where you can rest on a hay mattress, pond with trout which you can fish for yourself, tree house, playground for children (trampoline, little house, swing, slide etc).
Here you can participate in the daily life of the villagers!
We want you to have a flawless stay so we offer 6 rooms with king-size beds and their own bathroom with hydromassage shower cabins, TV with satellite programs and a mini bar. We also offer an apartment with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a classical bathtub… The bathrobe and the slippers are waiting for you in the closet… Each room has a balcony where you can enjoy the view, the towering mountains guarded by the evergreen pine trees and the Moldova river which has its springs only a few kilometers away.
The relaxation area is a big space where you can relax by reading a book from the bookcase we offer, by watching a TV program, playing a board game or making plans about future trips with the map in your hands… If you are tired after a day of hiking, we are waiting for you with our sauna ready and with a refreshing massage!
