After 20 years of success in interior design in Munich, the Non plus Ultra city in Germany, and the achievement of a very successful goal in Rasnov, Rodica and Valentin Butnar, give birth to another unique project, also in Rasnov, the mountain town that seduced Rodica from the first moment she met him 30 years ago!
In love with Mediterranean architecture, which they implemented 20 years ago in their own villa, thus opening the way in this direction in the area, they decided to create this nice location with a Camargue scent to give the possibility to other people to enjoy a corner of the Mediterranean at the foot of the Bucegi Mountains.
Being in the middle of an orchard crossed by a stream that sends its soothing ripple around it, on an area more than generous of nine thousand square meters, the villa formed by a ground floor of a special elegance, reminds us of the flair of architecture in the Camargue area.
Here is just you and nature, in the words of an innocent young man: „Harmony Home next to the Stream, is a place where the sun warms your body and the moon calms your soul.” Alley promenade, chirping birds and humming crickets!
The villa, located on 150 sq m, is composed of two spacious bedrooms, two generous bathrooms, a spacious living room with large windows that give the feeling of merging with nature. With underfloor heating on the entire surface, the building offers a comfortable atmosphere that invites you to rest.
Outside the villa there is a summer kitchen with a barbecue terrace.
The first bedroom with an area of 30 square meters, is a spacious room, equipped with a queen bed and a sofa, a table for office activities, TV. It has a bright bathroom next to it from which you can admire the view from the eastern part of the property. The bedroom has its own very generous terrace, connected by an alley to the main terrace in the yard. It also has a terrace facing west, from where you can admire magnificent sunsets over the Piatra Craiului mountains.
The second bedroom with an area of 30 square meters, has a spectacular loggia that is oriented towards the entrance of the villa and is equipped with queen bed, sofa bed, two comfortable armchairs, TV, private bathroom. The view from this bedroom as well as from the own terrace is spectacular, being able to admire the Bucegi Mountains in fullness of their greatness while meditating in bed or on the sofa.
Also the beds are equipped with mattresses produced by Firma Shogazi, Munich, 100% natural latex, anti-allergic and anti-mite and suitable for different body weights.
The living room is a space for relaxation, on the one hand but also a space suitable for dining, on the other hand. It is equipped with three sofas, one of which is extendable, a generous table, buffet, dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary elements for preparing the meal, electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, a Nescafe Dolce Gusto decaffeinated coffee maker, and an Espresso coffee maker.
In addition to the villa, there is also a summer kitchen which is equipped with electric hob, electric oven, freezer, filter coffee maker, mainly for outdoor activities. A service room, equipped with washing machine, dryer and iron, as well as a technical sink. Nearby there is a covered terrace equipped with everything needed to prepare the barbecue. The surface of all terraces is over 150 sqm.
