What we offer

• 12 bungalows (first with sea view and the other 11 with side view), located right on the seafront in a row perpendicular to the shoreline.

• All bungalows are divided into apartment type (30 sqm) and have their own terrace (10 sqm).

• The bungalows have an open space consisting of living room (sofa bed, 140 cm) and fully equipped kitchenette (hob, microwave, refrigerator, espresso, dishes and cutlery), a bedroom (double bed, 160 cm) and private bathroom (with shower).

• All bungalows have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, hairdryer and bathroom products.

Included services

• Private parking.

• Daily housekeeping with change of towels (once every 2 days) and change of linen (once every 3 days).

• Access to the beach inside the neighboring property, CasaDeMare, with swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas.

• Access to both the playground within the complex and the one on Copahavana Beach & Radio.

Facilities

• Children can stay for free in the already existing sleeping areas or you can choose to add a crib (in any room type, 10 euro/night).

• Access to the towel area on Copahavana Beach & Radio is free. The cost of a package of 2 sunbeds, umbrella and table is 14 euro/day for advance payment of the package.

• Supplement for adult breakfast is 9 euro/day and for child 6 years + is 7 euro/day.

Rates

• All rates are in euro / room / night and include 5% VAT and can be checked on the last photo of media gallery.

• Payment is made in full in advance by bank transfer within a maximum of 5 days from the issuance of the proforma invoice.
• Rates include accommodation for up to 5 people (at least one child).

• All reservations are non-refundable. Cancellation insurance is the only way to recover the advance paid, if the cancellation is made with min. 7 days before check-in. The insurance represents 20% of the total reservation, it is not returned and can be purchased ONLY at the time of booking. Its value will be included in the proforma invoice.

• The insurance reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 180 calendar days from the moment of cancellation. In cases of FORCE MAJEURE (including, but not limited to epidemics, fire, flood, earthquake) the cancellation of the reservation or the impossibility of making the stay does not entail the return of the advance paid. It is transformed into a voucher that the customer can use within 18 months from the time of cancellation. The voucher is valid in any of our 4 locations: HaciendaDeMare (Olimp), CasaDeMare (Olimp), CasaBlanca (Olimp), CasaStavros (2 May).
