• A complex of 50 rooms with pool and pool bar:
– 3 triple rooms (double bed 160 cm + sofa bed 160 cm) – 22 sqm
– 47 double rooms (double bed 140 cm) – 14 sqm
• All rooms have private bathroom and Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, hair dryer and bath products.
Included services:
• Private parking within 10 places. You can park on the street, in the property area, as long as the access
roads of the neighboring properties are not blocked.
• Daily housekeeping accompanied by change of towels (once every 2 days) and change of linen (once
every 3 days).
• Access to the beach inside the property (pool, sunbeds and umbrellas)
Facilities:
• Children can stay for free in the existing sleeping spaces in the reserved room type or you can choose
for the addition of an extra bed (only in double rooms, 7 euro / night) or a crib, cot type (in any type of
room, 7 euro / night).
• Pets are allowed, the fee is 7 euro/ night
Restaurants:
• La Stavros (CasaStavros, 2 Mai) – Greek menu
• Anika By The Sea (HaciendaDeMare, Olimp)
• Peste & Scoici (23 August) – menu a la carte.
• All rates are expressed in Euro / room / night and include 5% VAT and can be checked in advance on the last photo of media gallery.
• Payment is made fully in advance by bank transfer within a maximum of 5 days from the issuance of the proforma invoice.
• Rates include bed and breakfast. Prices for double rooms include breakfast for 2 adults, and prices for triple rooms include breakfast for 3 adults.
• Children under 6 y.o. have free breakfast.
• For children between 6 and 12 years old, breakfast is added for 7 euro / day.
• All reservations are non-refundable. Cancellation insurance is the only way to recover the advance paid, if the cancellation is made with min. 7 days before check-in. The insurance represents 20% of the total reservation, it is not returned and can be purchased ONLY at the time of booking. Its value
will be included in the proforma invoice.
• The insurance reimbursement will be made within maximum 180 calendar days from the moment of cancellation. In cases of FORCE MAJEURE (including, but not limited to epidemics, fire, flood, earthquake) the cancellation of the reservation or the impossibility of making the stay does not entail
the return of the advance paid. It is transformed into a voucher that the customer can use within 18 months from the time of cancellation. The voucher is valid in any of our 4 locations: HaciendaDeMare (Olimp), CasaDeMare (Olimp), CasaBlanca (Olimp), CasaStavros (2 May).
