Conacul Secuiesc is the jewel of this wonderland, as thousands of not only Romanian tourists cross our threshold every year. The peaceful rooms and the traditional dishes are just a part of the magical experience they have here.
The mansion is located on the outskirts of a vast garden, guarded by Piatra Secuiului’s towering ridge. The nearby lake with water lilies reflects the architectural beauty of one of the most beautiful mansions of Transylvania. The charm of the past blends together with the modern accommodation requirements.
We offer you single rooms, double rooms, triple rooms or studios, so, no matter the size of the group, you will be taken good care of.

Our mansion’s kitchen is known not only in Romania, but also outside the country. It is inspired by traditional local gastronomy, based on products picked from our neighbours’ gardens. We make a delicious Gulyas which attracts the lusty guests. We have many other surprises in our restaurant, which has a capacity of 100 people.
We had the privilege to witness the most beautiful events of our guests’ lives. Weddings, christenings or any other private events make our hearts soar. The elegant atmosphere of the mansion, sophisticated food, fairytale landscape and the vast garden will make every event unique.
This is also a perfect destination for teambuilding. Our area offers lots of activities and attractions to explore as a team and the restaurant and winery are good for parties.
No matter if you decide to spend your time in the mansion or adventure on the ancient paths of Trascau, we guarantee that you will not get bored. Paragliding, climbing, caving, bike hiking will raise your adrenaline, making you live life at the fullest. The playground for children or the terrace with cold beer and delicious desserts will be one of the many options we have for families with children.
Since you are here, you must visit Rimetea, a village which is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, located at only a few km away. For us, it’s the most beautiful and well-preserved village of Romania. Rimetea is also called the “White Houses Village”, the number of them being over 200, all built in the XVII – XIX centuries.
In Rimetea you will find a long lost civilization from the rest of Europe, with over a thousand-year old customs and traditions.
Another tourist attraction is Cetatea Trascaului. It is located at the top of a hill which offers dreamy views over the nearby bighorns.
