– 4 apartments with sea view (a room with double bed, 160 cm and 1 room with sofa bed, 160 cm) – 38 sqm, with balcony.
– 5 duplex apartments with side view (ground floor with sofa bed, 160 cm, interior stairs and first floor with
double bed, 160 cm) – 36 sqm.
– 9 double rooms with forest view (double bed 160 cm) – 22 sqm, without balcony / terrace.
• All rooms have private bathroom (with shower), Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, mini fridge, hair
dryer and bath products.
Included services
• Private parking.
• Daily housekeeping with change of towels (once every 2 days) and change of linen (once every 3 days).
• Free access to the beach inside the neighboring property, CasaDeMare where you benefit from the pool, sunbeds and umbrellas.
• Free access to the playground located on Copahavana Beach & Radio
Facilities
• Children can stay for free in the existing sleeping spaces in the reserved room type or you can choose to add an extra bed (only in double rooms with forest view, 10 euro / night) or a baby crib (in any type of room, 10 euro / night).
• Access to the towel area on Copahavana Beach & Radio is free. The cost of a package of 2 sunbeds, umbrella and table is 14 euro / day for the advance payment of the package.

• All rates are expressed in euro / room / night and include 5% VAT and can be checked in advance on the last photo of media gallery.
• Payment is made full in advance by bank transfer within a maximum of 5 days from the issuance of the proforma invoice.
• Rates include half board (breakfast + lunch). The prices of the double rooms include half board for 2 adults, and those for apartments include half board for 3 adults.
• Children under 6 have free meal package.
• Meal packages can be supplemented with half board for children between 6 and 12 years (25 euros / day) or for adults (35 euros / day).
• All reservations are non-refundable. Cancellation insurance is the only way to recover the advance paid, if the cancellation is made with min. 7 days before check-in. The insurance represents 20% of the total reservation, it is not returned and can be purchased ONLY at the time of booking. Its value will be included in the proforma invoice.
• The insurance reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 180 calendar days from the moment of cancellation. In cases of FORCE MAJEURE (including, but not limited to epidemics, fire, flood, earthquake) the cancellation of the reservation or the impossibility of making the stay does not entail the return of the advance paid. It is transformed into a voucher that the customer can use within 18 months from the time of cancellation. The voucher is valid in any of our 4 locations: HaciendaDeMare (Olimp), CasaDeMare (Olimp), CasaBlanca (Olimp), CasaStavros (2 May)
