Magnolia Resort invites you to the Maramures Land, right in the middle of nature, in a special place, away from the traffic noise and fuss. Here, you open the window in the morning and listen to the nature’s song or you can relax in the apple orchard on sunny afternoons, admiring the view.
Considering the special way we are going to carry out activities this year AND the distance in the layout of our Resort buildings, we encourage full booking of the houses for groups of people so that all ours guests can relax in nature while keeping a comfortable distance from people who are not from their family or group.
Breakfast is served in each house the individual group is accommodated in. Dinner is served in the orchard, the tables being 2 m apart, or in the dining room of each house. This way, only people from the same group will sit at the same table. The outdoor dinners will be separately served for the guests of each building and the outside tables will have informative tags with the room and building number.
The offer includes both breakfast and dinner, made from traditional local ingredients.
You can choose to visit tourist attractions from the Historical Maramures (Barsana Monastery- 42 km, The Sapanta Merry Cemetery- 78 km, The Memorial Museum from Sighetu Marmatiei- 59 km, The wooden churches from Iza Valley 22-30 km), Ride with Mocanita- 4 km, Visit at the Borsa Horse Waterfall- 33 km. Those who want to relax and admire the nearby landscapes can walk on the hills which surround the guesthouse.
Please keep in mind that the last 900 meters of the road which brings you to our location are not paved.
