Somewhere in the Apuseni Mountains, hidden in a nature oasis, we tell our story in our own way. We are Muma Codrului, a social entrepreneurship model which aimes to revive a long-forgotten place.
When you arrive here, you realize that we love having you as a guest and hosting you in a location with a local and simple architecture. You can choose one of the 7 available rooms, each with their own bathroom, in which cleanliness is a priority.
We want to develop the village of Colesti and the surrounding area, by promoting local products and supplying our restaurant from the small producers, offering quality services and food. So, the menu is made from 80% local ingredients and this does not stop it from being a rich menu which will make you hungry.
When you want to escape the city, know that here in Coltesti, you will certainly find good food, people and a place where you may rest, far from the fuss of the big tourist resorts.
