Alpine Escape Studios is a mountain guesthouse located in an isolated mountain area, in the Piatra Craiului massif, surrounded by mountains, forests, nature and tranquility.
We offer rooms for couples or families, a belvedere pavilion with a spectacular view, contemporary facilities and access to the famous landmarks in Transylvania: Bran Castle, Piatra Craiului Massif or Zarnesti Chasms.
You can find us in Măgura, Brașov county – one of the most beautiful Romanian mountain villages, located 8 km from Bran Castle.
Starting in Moieciu de Jos, a 3.5 km section of unpaved road leads you to the unspoilt area where Alpine Escape Studios is located.
The nearest shops, including one Mega Image, can be found in Moieciu de Jos, at a distance of 3.5 km from our location.
The nearest market, where you can find locally prepared or cultivated goodies, is 5 km away (in Bran).
The nearest rustic restaurant is 4 km away.
Nonetheless we recommend that you bring your own supplies.
Alpine Escape Studios is a traditional mountain style house located at an altitude of 1100 m, in a secluded and quiet area, studded with deciduous and coniferous forests.
The house consists of 6 studios, each with private bathroom and kitchenette. The studios are ideal for both families and couples. The total accommodation capacity is 15 persons.
Inside you will find everything you need for an exceptional stay: private bathroom, comfortable beds, bed linen, towels, radiator, free wi-fi, flat screen TV, small electric stove, cooking utensils, microwave oven, coffee maker, windows facing the beautiful mountain landscapes, private dining area.
A rustic barbecue place, a hearth for cauldron cooking and a closed and heated pavilion, with views over Piatra Craiului Mountains, are available for you in the garden.
Parking is available free of charge.
Discover the fauna and flora of the Carpathian forests while hiking the marked trails, or simply stroll through the village and admire the picturesque scenery.
In the surrounding areas we recommend that you visit places that are loaded with Romanian culture, history and tradition.
Your visiting route must include the most beautiful tourist spots in Transylvania: Făgăraș Fortress, Bran Castle, Brașov City or Râșnov Fortress.
Bran Castle, also known as Dracula’s Castle, is 8 km from Alpine Escape Studios.
Brașov, the city known for the narrowest street in Europe – Strada Sforii / Rope Street – and for its impressive architecture, is an hour away from our location.

EventsWe do not allow very loud music and we generally expect a civilized behavior from our guests, as we will do our best for you to have a great time here.
SmokingSmoking in the studios is not allowed, but in the pavilion it is.
Booking PolicyIn order to confirm your reservation, you need to pay in advance 50% from your entire stay, in the bank account received from us. Free cancellation for 48 hours. After that, cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% (from your deposit) refund.
