Description

In a place where the sky meets the forest on top of a mountain hill at 1150m, at the end of the road in Fundatica, is our cozy home. Our old house with over 100 years hosted at least 3 generations and we hope many more from now on.

In 2019 we renovated the place and transformed it in to a cozy chalet. It has a living with an open kitchen, fireplace and upstairs 2 spacious rooms. Our property is big, with barbeque, swing and pavilion.

On the same property we also have another guesthouse and the outside space is common for both locations.

Casa Buna can be rented for minimum 2 nights.

From our property you can do a lot of activities, hiking and biking being just few of them. We also have our own adventure park. In winter we have a small ski slope for beginners.

5.0 "Amazing mountain cottage"

If you’re looking for the feeling of the old Romanian mountain cottages, but with the modern amenities, this is the place. We have spent 2 nights in march, enjoying the last snow, the smell of the burning woods in the fireplace and the quietness. We enjoyed a walk in the village and the forest nearby and I am sure we will be back during warmer season for more. I really liked the presence of wood in the design of the house and how well the bathrooms look like. Very clean place, no issues with the heating or hot water. Also, both of the bedrooms benefit of amazing daylight because of the big windows. Totally recommend the place!
