Casa Filip from Sarichioi is an old Lipovan house, built a century ago (1921), in the hearth of Sarichioi village, just a few steps from the shore of Razim, the largest lake in Romania.
Alex & Alina Filip became the new owners in February 2018. The old-house followed an extensive process of reconditioning and restoration. The final goal was to offer Romania a new landmark of traditional architecture and to introduce the property on a specific niche of the local travel market.
We officially opened the gates of Casa Filip in June 2019 and we offer to our guests two apartments in the old house and another apartment in the newest house. Each apartment has two double bedrooms, separated by a shared bathroom. Therefore, our maximum accommodation capacity is 12 people.
We will be honored by your visit and we guarantee that, regardless of the season or the length of your stay, you will have an authentic and memorable experience in Sarichioi, the heart of the Russian-Lipovan community in Romania and one of the gateways in the paradise of the Danube Delta.
At the 2019 Architecture Annual, Casa Filip from Sarichioi received the trophy for the section dedicated to restoration, rehabilitation and reconversion + the special award of the President of the Order of Architects of Romania (Dobrogea Branch).
Prices vary depending on the length of stay (3 nights or 6 nights) and the season.
To the accommodation rate is added a mandatory supplement in the amount of 20 €/adult (> 18 years), 15 €/older child (10-17.9 years) and 10 €/smaller child (2-9.9 years) on day. Children under 2 years old receive free admission.
The supplement includes: breakfast (rich and varied) & water, coffee, tea, fruits and various free snacks throughout the stay. The supplement will be paid directly at the location, at check-out, along with other products from the restaurant (juices, alcoholic beverages, etc.).

Booking PolicyIn order to confirm your reservation, you should pay it in advance. You can cancel for free with more than 30 days before the check-in. After that, the deposit is not refundable.

Food and DrinksFood and drinks from outside are prohibited. We do our best not to miss anything.
SmokingWe do not sell cigarettes, and smoking inside is strictly forbidden (also valid in the case of electronic cigarettes).
PetsPets are not allowed.
Partie or EventsIt is forbidden to use audio devices (portable speakers) in common areas (the garden, the terrace, the tower). Please keep quiet during rest periods: 22-08 & 12-16.
ChildrenChildren of any ages are welcome. The access of the children in the tower can be done only with the consent and supervision of the parents.
