Welcome to Dolina Glamping, the first glamping in Romania to offer a private bathroom and kitchen on each platform. You can find us in the tiny, secluded village of Zece Hotare in Padurea Craiului mountains.

In our glamping, you can choose between four large tents, each set up with one queen size bed and two single beds. All beds have premium mattresses, for the most relaxing sleep possible. All tents are somewhat differently decorated, but they all share the traditional theme.

The tents are placed on individual 70sqm wooden platforms. When you want to enjoy your private terrace, it’s enough to step out of the tent, have a seat at the table and enjoy the view.

The private bathroom building is also set on the platform.

The small kitchen outside is equipped with a fridge, gas stove and all necessary dishes, for you to be able to cook a tasty meal. Should you prefer to barbeque, you can use the provided grill.

Dolina Glamping is open May through October and starting mid September, each tent will be set up with a terracotta stove, to warm up on chilly evenings.

Each tent has light both inside and on the terrace and you will find a socket inside for charging your telephone.

Pets are welcome, but can’t be left unattended. The neighbors have dogs that are free; they are friendly to people, but not always to other dogs.

Surroundings

Padurea Craiului mountains are mainly known for the high density of caves one can visit here. The caves in Vadu Crisului, Farcu mine, Meziad and Suncuius are just a few of the caves you can reach while staying with us.

Should you be looking for an exciting experience, you can choose between rafting and canoeing on the river Cris or climbing some of the various via ferrata routes. Hikers have a wide choice of marked paths to follow, almost all accessible for all ages. Depending on the season, one can collect mushrooms, medicinal plants or berries in the surrounding forests.

In the village of Vadu Crisului you can visit the last potter in Romania who bakes white ceramics and the cities of Oradea and Cluj are both close enough to take a day trip there.

Accesibility

Zece Hotare is accesible by car via Suncuius. The last two kilometers to the house are gravel road. The road is in good state thus accesible for (almost) all cars and motorcycles. Parking is on the grass, on a plateau at 100m distance from the house.

On request we can pick you up from the trainstations in Suncuius or Bratca or the airports in Cluj and Oradea.
