What should I whear?
Proper clothing: beach/surf shorts, simple t-shirt or with UV protection, swimsuit, aquashoes. Cap or hat, sunglasses.
How many people can sit on a board?
For a best experience, we recommend that one person sit on the board. Our boards can also support two people with a maximum cumulative weight of up to 200kg, but we recommend this for those who have experienced before.
Children can participate?
Yes, from the age of 7. They can sit alone on the board or with an adult family member.
Is Stand Up Paddling a safe sport?
Yes, it is safe and you do not need to know how to swim. In the training at the beginning of the tour, the guide will explain how to react in all cases and overcome your fear of water. You are safe with the equipment and the guide will assist the group during the walk.
Do I need a leash?
For your safety, we recommend you wear it, it is not uncomfortable at all.
What should I do if I fall?
The guide will teach you how not to make this happen, but still, if you fall you are safe due to the vest and the leg leash and the guide will help you get back on the board.
