Villa Pontica is located in Mamaia Nord, about 1.5 km from the entrance to Mamaia resort. The unit is located about 200 meters from the beach and the new promenade that connects Mamaia Nord and Mamaia.
The location is ideal for a relaxing stay with family and friends, in a building that combines elements of Mediterranean and Brancovenesc architectural styles. The capacity of the villa is 15 double rooms and 5 suites, each with access to the shared terrace and the interior garden.
The villa has an inner courtyard with outdoor pool and sun loungers, its own restaurant and bar, as well as a garden with lush vegetation, a space that offers a pleasant coolness even on the hottest summer days. This intimate space breaks with the usual hustle and bustle of a resort and offers the privacy that our guests seek.
– ages 0-3 benefit from free accommodation, breakfast and baby cot if needed.
– ages 3-6 benefit from free accommodation, breakfast is 8 euro/day.
– ages 7-14 will be charged 25% of room rate/day and 8 euro/day breakfast. Extra bed included.

– suites can accommodate a maximum of 2 children. (0-14)
– children over 14 will be charged as adults.
Breakfast is included in the room rate, value of 10 euro/person when additionally calculated.
We inform you that the hotel is designed and equipped for an exclusively summer operation and the accommodation rates do not include the electric or central heating of the rooms. When customers ask us for room heating we will charge extra for this service.
The hotel’s water from the sanitary network is not drinkable.

Booking PolicyAn advance of 30% of the accommodation is paid for a firm booking. THE ACCOMMODATION DIFFERENCE IS PAYED 12 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF ARRIVAL.
Booking CancellationCan be cancelled within at least 12 days before the day of accommodation, the advance will be refunded in full. In case of cancellation within less than 12 days or in case of no-show, the amount paid in advance will be lost.
PetsThe location accepts pets. Accommodation will be made by presenting the national/international health certificate upon arrival in the villa (must include vaccinations). The payment fee represents 7euro/day for small chest width, 15 euro/day for medium chest width. WE DO NOT ACCEPT HIGH CHEST WIDTH (from 60cm chest).
